Shipping policy

Baba’s Bakaliko ships eligible shelf-stable products to United States addresses served by our checkout. Available methods and charges appear before you place your order.

Processing: We typically prepare shipping orders within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Carrier transit time starts after shipment and depends on the service selected at checkout. We will email tracking when available and contact you if an item is unavailable or delayed.

Market pickup: Eligible items may be offered for pickup at Baba’s Bakaliko at Upper West Market, 1385 Collier Rd NW, Atlanta, GA 30318. Wait for pickup-ready confirmation before coming to the market. Fresh bread is offered Mondays and Tuesdays when available. Perishable items such as bread, olives and cheese are for market pickup unless their listing expressly says otherwise.

Delivery issues: Check your shipping address before ordering. If a package arrives damaged or an item is missing, email babasbakaliko@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos when possible.
